This 250 ml bottle gives eco-positioned cosmetic and home-care ranges a genuinely plant-based pack, and it can be blended with PBAT to tune flexibility and impact resistance for your application. We will advise honestly on the composting conditions your claim requires, because home-compostable and industrially-compostable are not the same thing and the wording on your label has to match.

Every batch is produced under our food-contact production licence (闽XK16-204-B0109) and inspected before shipment. Bottles are manufactured from virgin or recycled food-grade resin, are BPA-free, and can be supplied with FDA and EU 10/2011 compliant documentation on request. Is a PLA bottle home compostable?

Standard PLA is designed for industrial composting, where elevated temperatures and controlled conditions break it down. Home composting is a different standard, and it typically requires a specific blend and third-party certification. Tell us which claim you intend to make and we will tell you honestly whether the material can support it.

What is the minimum order quantity?

1,000 pcs per design. Because PLA is processed at lower temperatures than PET, lead time is slightly longer at 20–35 days.

Can PLA bottles hold water-based cosmetics?

Yes for water-based and alcohol-free formulas. Highly alkaline or strongly alcoholic products are better suited to PP or PETG, and we will flag the limitation when we review your formulation.
