Moulded from food-grade virgin PET with an optional 30–100% recycled (PCR) content, this 300ml bottle balances a slim 62 mm footprint against a 155 mm height so it fits standard gravity-fed filling lines. The one-touch disc top cap dispenses a consistent 1.8 ml dose, which makes the format ideal for shampoo, body wash, hand sanitiser and toner. Because the mould is already in house, tooling is free and you can move straight from artwork to production.

Bottles are manufactured from virgin or recycled food-grade resin, are BPA-free, and can be supplied with FDA and EU 10/2011 compliant documentation on request. Standard MOQ is 1,000 pcs per design, with trial orders and mixed-container loading available for new customers.

Standard MOQ is 1,000 pcs per design. Because the 300ml bottle is a stock mould, we can also supply small trial orders so you can validate filling, capping and transit before committing to volume.

Can the bottle be made from recycled PET?

Yes. We regularly run this mould in 30%, 50% and 100% post-consumer recycled PET (rPET). We can supply declaration documents for your sustainability reporting and EU packaging compliance.

How long does production take?

15–30 days from sample approval. Prototyping takes about 7 days, and we ship FOB Xiamen with LCL or FCL consolidation.
